Can you think of anything more fun than hiking 1,048 steps straight up a mountain?! Good because I couldn't either! Koko head is on the East side of Oahu and is a famous sightseeing stop. Those who are brave, and like a challenge, will actually dare to do it. When my two best friends came for Spring Break I couldn't think of a better way to spread some Aloha than to do this hike with them (insert crying laughing face emoji).

After they got married my mother, dad, and Opi went white water rafting and it was like the rafting scene from The Vacation. My poor father got popped out of the boat! And lets just say it wasn't smooth sailing after that! But of course I was so drawn to trying it for myself, I was itching to go!
Read MoreAfter visiting Kahe Point, nicknamed Electric Beach, on West side of Oahu, it's safe to say I want to spend all of my days there! It's full of the most colorful coral I have seen on the island and tons of fish to match! Not to mention the turtles, eels, and dolphins I saw. That's right DOLPHINS! And they were so so close!

Read MoreSandy's Beach Park is located on the East side of Oahu. It is know for its epic shore break making it popular for body surfing and boogie boarding. Even a bit further into the ocean you will see people on their surf boards! Some snorkelers may pop up every now and then too.

All of the architecture and shopping, how can you beat that? Not to mention I dream about Giordano's Pizza every month! I promise their is no better deep dish pizza, it's to die for! This was probably one of my favorite trips to Illinois so far!
